Rewarding Careers For The Strong Woman

As women, we’re all strong. Every one of us has a story to tell, and every one of us has experiences who have made us who we are today.

But not all of us are in a career that reflects that. Some of us deserve more than the average job. Some of us deserve more than a job where we’re spoken down to, treated poorly, and not being used to our full potential. So, we think enough is enough. We think that the careers we’re going to list below are for the strong and powerful woman. So, if you’re looking for a career change, look no further; here are some careers that we think will suit you.

Motivational Speaking

Is there anything more empowering than becoming a motivational speaker? We think not! You’ll be in a room full of people who are going to look to you as a source of guidance, and knowing that you’re going to be able to give it them is so empowering. You could motivationally speak about anything, and all you need to do is be confident enough to let your voice be heard in a room full of people. Because, not everyone is going to have the spirit that you do, and not everyone is going to be able to uplift themselves like you’ll be able to. Like we said, most women have a story to tell, and all you need to do is draw on that, turn it into a motivational speech, and away you go. It’s pretty hard to get yourself going with this one, we won’t lie. You’re going to have to do a fair few free speeches to get yourself noticed. Then, before you know it, you’ll be getting paid. Public speaking and putting it on social media is a great way of building up that initial fan base as it were!

Teaching

Teaching is obviously a rewarding job, but at the same time it’s perfect for the strong woman. You have to be so strong minded to go into a room full of people who most likely don’t want to be there, and teach them a subject that they might not want to be taught. You have to have the drive to want them to learn, and a passion about a subject that you love. Jobs in schools can be very mentally demanding, but we don’t think that it’s nothing that the strong woman wouldn’t be able to handle. We think it will allow you to put yourself out of your comfort zone, change lives, and to make new lifelong friends with the teachers that you work with.

Counsellor

If you have a big heart, and you’re strong enough emotionally and mentally to deal with some difficult stories, then becoming a counsellor could be the career for you. There are a few different types of counsellors, but all of them have the same basic role. To help a person through the difficult time that they’re going through. You need to be empathetic at all times, and you need to be able to emotionally connect with your client in order to help them. It is a mentally challenging role, but perfect for the strong woman.
