If you’re working every hour of every day, then you’re going to get exhausted, and this will lead to burnout. Because of this, you need to set regular working hours and stick to them, rather than being on the job 24/7.

Learn To Disconnect

With smartphones, laptops, and tablets, being at home doesn’t always mean that you’re not working, but it almost always should. Unless you’ve scheduled some time to work from home, being at home should mean that your work is over. To help you completely disconnect, you should turn off your email notifications and ignore any work calls or messages.
